I’ve been reading Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson. I’m about 1/3 of the way through it and so far it gets about 3.5 out of 5 stars. I’ve always been fascinated by Mars and have fantasized about visiting it.

While I probably wouldn’t recommend this dog food, (I am not a dog food expert by any means), I do recommend these commercials. VERY cool. I always watched my dog dreaming and tried to imagine what he was doing in his dreams. I like to think it would be something like what you see in these commercials. Having been massively addicted to Skyrim recently, (yes, I know I’m late in finally playing it,) I thought this music video of a rendition of Skyrim’s theme song was very cool. Besides being a very well filmed & edited video, the music was done entirely by one guy’s voice and one gal’s violin (using tons of tracks obviously). I also loved the live action “in-game 1st person POV” shots, complete with Skyrim’s HUD. Pretty fun stuff.
God, I love Stargate SG-1, even all these years later. Just rewatched the episode The Fifth Race and this scene always cracks me up. Found someone who posted it on YouTube:
